EARLY ENROLMENT FOR KINDER

STEPS AND PROCEDURE

1. Look for Miss Lorie vie L. Miguel, the school Kinder Coordinator .

2.Submit the photocopy of the Birth Certificate.

3. Accomplish the pupil's profile that will be given after the interview of the teacher to the incoming kinder pupil.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Photocopy  of the Birth Certificate. (PSA Authenticated)

 

ENROLMENT OF TRANSFERRING STUDENT

STEPS AND PROCEDURE

1. Look for Miss Kristine Von V. Magat, the school LIS Coordinator .

2.Submit the original Form-138/Report Card and photocopy of the Birth Certificate.

3. Accomplish the pupil's profile that will be given after the interview of the teacher to the transferring student.
